G Free Diet.

A lot of people find most diet books to be filled with the same information, "G Free Diet" is completely different from any diet book I have ever read. Celiac is not a disease that I was at all familiar with before picking up Elisabeth Hasselbeck's book. It is filled with tons of different tips on handling this sickness, as well as restaurants that offer gluten-free options on their menus.

I found this book to be practical and personal, with understandable medical and diet information, and personal, with stories meant to illustrate points and make us feel like she is just like "us" with the same worries and anxiety about the diet that people suffering from this disease have.

It's cute and informative, just like her!
